What to do if you're not receiving our emails.

Firstly, you might want to check your spam folder and if you see that's where they're going then whitelist our email address.

If they're not there, make sure you registered with the right email address (go to the Account section to double check).

If all else fails then contact Vively support and we'll be able to check with our email delivery provider. Please email us at contact@vively.com.au
