If you're not receiving emails from Vively, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1️⃣ Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Go to your email inbox and check your Spam/Junk folder
If you find our emails there, mark them as "Not Spam" or move them to your inbox
Whitelist our email address (add contact@vively.com.au to your contacts) to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox
2️⃣ Verify Your Registered Email Address
Open the Vively app
Go to the Profile section (in the left navigation bar)
Make sure your registered email address is correct
If you signed up with a different email, try checking that inbox instead.
3️⃣ Contact Vively Support
If you’ve checked your spam folder and confirmed your email address but still aren’t receiving emails, reach out to us: contact@vively.com.au, and we’ll look into this matter for you.
