Your Sibionics G3 CGM sensor continuously collects glucose data, which is automatically synced to the Vively app. This ensures your glucose readings are regularly updated and accessible within Vively.

1️⃣ How does my data sync to Vively?

Once your Sibionics account is connected to Vively, your glucose data syncs automatically — there's nothing you need to do manually. Your readings will appear regularly in the Vively app as your sensor collects them.

2️⃣ Why might there be a delay?

There may be a short delay between your sensor collecting a reading and it appearing in Vively. If your data isn't showing, open the Sibionics app first to ensure the sensor is connected, then open the Vively app. You can also pull down on the Home page in Vively to manually refresh.

3️⃣ Is my data secure?

  • Your Sibionics login credentials are never stored by Vively.

  • Your glucose data is securely transmitted and used only to provide insights within the Vively app.

4️⃣ Troubleshooting data sync issues

If your glucose data isn't updating in Vively:

  • Open the Sibionics app first to confirm your sensor is connected and displaying readings.

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and your phone is within range of the sensor.

  • Open the Vively app after the Sibionics app and wait a few moments for data to flow through.

  • Pull down on the Home page in Vively to manually refresh.

If the issue persists, contact Vively Support at contact@vively.com.au and we'll be happy to help.
