If you're not wearing your CGM, you won't be able to receive food insights, such as your food score. This is because this data comes directly from your CGM only. This means that when you're not wearing a CGM, your Wellness Score will be calculated using the other contributors. So, make sure you're logging your habits and have Apple Health/Google Fit enabled.
