To ensure your FreeStyle Libre data syncs seamlessly with the Vively app, follow these steps:
Install the FreeStyle Libre app β Ensure you have the FreeStyle Libre app installed on your phone and that your sensor is properly set up and you've created a Librelink account
Install the Vively app and log into your account
Go to the 'Track' page on the Vively app (in the bottom navigation and tap the 'Set up your sensor' button
Follow the prompts β you'll have to enter your LibreLink account details here
Once you've been through this process, you should see your glucose data on your 'Track' page graph within 15-30 minutes
If you don't see your glucose data, please refresh this screen by pulling down
Restart your phone β If syncing issues persist, try restarting your phone and reopening both the FreeStyle Libre and Vively apps.
