Getting your Sibionics G3 syncing with Vively is straightforward. Follow these steps to get set up.
Step 1: Download and set up the Sibionics app
Download the Sibionics app from the App Store or Google Play.
Create an account in the Sibionics app — this is required to connect your sensor and enable data to flow into Vively.
Step 2: Apply your sensor
Apply your Sibionics G3 sensor following the instructions provided.
Open the Sibionics app and confirm your sensor is connected and displaying glucose readings.
Allow 60 minutes for the sensor to warm up before readings begin.
Step 3: Connect your sensor in the Vively app
Open the Vively app and go to the Home page.
Tap Set up your sensor and follow the on-screen prompts to link your Sibionics account.
If the setup option isn't visible on the Home page:
Tap the menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Scroll down and select Connected accounts.
Tap Set up a CGM sensor and follow the prompts.
Step 4: Keep Bluetooth enabled
The Sibionics G3 transmits data to the Vively app automatically via Bluetooth — no manual scanning required.
Make sure Bluetooth stays enabled on your phone while your sensor is active.
If the connection drops at any point, open the Sibionics app first, then the Vively app, and data will resume flowing.
Step 5: Check your data is appearing
Once connected, your glucose data should appear on the Home page graph in the Vively app.
If you don't see it straight away, pull down on the Home page to refresh.
It can take up to 15–30 minutes for data to appear after initial setup.
