To have your Fitbit data sync into the Vively app, you'll need to sync your Fitbit with Google Fit first. Here's how:

  1. Download these apps from the Play Store: Fitbit, Google Fit and Health Sync.

Note: Health Sync gives users a one-week trial, after which you can either subscribe or make a one-time payment for a permanent license.

2. After installation, open Health Sync. The first screen should show a box detailing the First Usage Actions. Tap Ok.

3. The app will ask you to determine the sync direction between the services you'd like to sync. You’ll be asked to choose a source app and a destination app in a moment. Tap Ok.

4. Select your base sync source — Fitbit. Then your destination app — Google Fit.

5. Give consent to sync the two services.

6. Health Sync will let you know any additional steps you’ll need to complete before initialisation. Once this is complete, you can choose which fields you'd like to sync e.g. steps, activities, sleep etc (note: heart rate cannot be synced). Follow the prompts from there.

7. To check its syncing properly, tap Sync Status. If it says Ok, then it's working! Jump into your Vively app to check this too (it may take a few mins to sync).

8. If this process doesn't work, please contact support at contact@vively.com.au
