We’re sorry to hear you’re having issues with your sensor :(

If you feel your sensor is malfunctioning/faulty, please reach out to Vively support directly through the in-app Live Chat or by emailing contact@vively.com.au.

The Vively support team will work with you to determine the problem through troubleshooting and getting an understanding of what the issue is.

What next?

In the case of a faulty sensor, Vively will assist you to get a free replacement from the manufacturer.
