The comprehensiveness of your report depends on the quality and consistency of the data you’ve recorded. If there are gaps in your food, exercise, or sleep tracking, or if your CGM scanning is inconsistent, your report may not be as detailed as it would be for users who fully engage with all of Vively’s features.
To receive a report rich in data insights, ensure that you:
Keep your CGM actively recording data. If not, you may need to manually rescan your CGM.
Log all your meals, snacks, and drinks regularly.
Track your exercise and sleep for a more complete analysis.
Connect a wearable device if you have one. If not, link Google Fit or Apple Health to sync your activity data.
Use the Journal feature to add extra details to your glucose graph.
⚠️ Important: If your CGM was removed before day 7 of sensor use, you will not receive a report due to insufficient data.
