Once you sensor has paired with the Freestyle Libre app after 60 minutes follow these steps:
Open up your Vively app and go to the 'Home page'
Click 'Set up a new sensor'
Choose "Freestyle Libre 2 Plus"

If you don’t see the CGM setup on the Home page, you can connect your sensor by following these steps:
Open the Vively app and tap the menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Connected accounts.
Tap Set up a CGM sensor.
Choose Freestyle Libre 2 Plus and follow the on-screen prompts to link your Freestyle Libre account.
If you're still having trouble viewing the data in the app, we suggest refreshing the home page by pulling the screen down. However, if you are still unable to view the data, please don't hesitate to inform us so that we can investigate further.
