If your GP has signed up to the Vively Practitioner Dashboard they will be able to see your real time data from their account.

For them to add you as a client, they will need to send you an invite via the dashboard. Once this is done all you have to do is follow the steps on the email to get you set up and connected.

If your GP does not have an account on the Vively Practitioner Dashboard - the only way to share your Vively data with your GP is via screenshots or showing them your insights page at appointment.
