We would love to have you with us in Vivid 2.0! Before you make any decision, take a look at all the exciting benefits we have to offer if you make the switch.

If you decide not to go ahead with the migration, we regret to inform you that your account will be closed due to the discontinuation of our partnership with Solaris SE. Your account and cards are terminated as per the deadline sent via the Postbox in the "Documents'' section of your Vivid app, by observing a 2-month notice period (as detailed in Section 19, paragraph 1 of Solaris SE’s General Terms and Conditions).

If you choose not to migrate and your Solaris account is closed, you might experience interruptions in accessing our services. There could also be additional processing time required if you need the remainder of your funds transferred manually or require documentation.

Ensure to withdraw your funds, obtain any necessary bank statements from the app, and settle your account balance if it’s overdrawn by the date specified in the termination notice should you choose not to migrate to Vivid 2.0.
