If a SEPA transfer was sent to your old pocket shortly after the migration, you'll usually have the option in the app to move the funds to your new pockets.
However, please keep in mind that after you complete the switch to Vivid 2.0, your old account details will eventually stop working. As soon as this is the case, transfers will be returned to the sender within the normal SEPA timeframe of 2 business days.
Don't forget to share your new account details with any relevant parties who usually send transfers to you!
