Zeroes vs Blanks in Ratings

If a reported ratings value is blank, this indicates that the underlying ratings do not meet minimum reporting requirements or that the ratings were otherwise deemed not reportable by Nielsen.

Ratings that are flagged as below minimum standards by Nielsen will not be shown in a report unless they are combined with another rating that is above minimum standards.

A "0" rating always means zero, meaning that the audience met the minimum reporting requirements but was measured to be zero or low enough to be rounded to zero.
