Relationships are the life-blood of Vizibl. By creating new relationships with suppliers you can collaborate on projects, track performance, complete surveys and all of the other activities that are possible on the platform.

To view and create a relationship simply open the Relationships section in the main company admin. Here you can also edit or delete any existing relationship as long as you are an administrator for the customer company.

To add a new relationship simply click on 'Add New' and select any company that exists in your network:

If the company does not exist in your network yet, you can add a new supplier to begin collaborating with them.

In the final step, it is required to select a segment and category that matches the new supplier relationship. It is also required to select a manager from the customer side to help manage the relationship and be responsible for its configuration and upkeep.

Optionally, add a Relationship Alias that can be used for Data imports of Performance or Spend data, or for any built integration. This flexibility means that any given endpoint or system integrating with Vizibl will not be required to know the Vizibl-generated ID up front, and can continue to use a customer's own internal identifiers.

A relationship alias can be configured when creating a new relationship or editing any existing one in the Company Admin section.
