The foundation of Vizibl is built on creating working relationship with your suppliers.

Relationship Aliases.

Each relationship is created with a unique Vizibl generated ID that cannot be edited. To avoid friction and added complexity whereby customers want to refer to their suppliers using their own naming convention that they might well be using in other systems or have already standardised formats within their own organisation, we have introduced relationship aliases.

Relationship aliases can be used for Data imports of Performance or Spend data, or for any built integration. This flexibility means that any given endpoint or system integrating with Vizibl will not be required to know the Vizibl generated ID up front and can continue to use a customer’s own internal identifiers.

One or many aliases can be used to refer to a relationship, the only restriction being a 100-character limit and that special characters, such as for example “*&%”, aren’t allowed. Also, it is not possible to have the same alias for multiple relationships.

An alias can be configured when creating a new relationship in the company admin section or by editing an existing one.
