Good ideas can come from anywhere! Vizibl lets anyone, even those without a Vizibl account, make submissions to an Innovation Initiative.

External contributors will receive a unique email link that they can use to start their submission. This contains brief information about the creator, the company they are working for, and a description of what the initiative is about.

Contributors participating in an initiative through a public URL will be presented with the validation form as a first step as their participation does not involve a direct invite.

Once they click on the "Create new submission" button in the email, they will be directed to a short validation form before they can build their submission which requires some basic details about the contributor.

As soon as the mandatory information is confirmed, the following confirmation page will show and a new email will be triggered in the inbox of the person creating the submission

This email can also be used to edit the idea proposal at any time, save a draft or send it to the initiative creator for consideration.

The form can contain multiple fields, with different types of questions, depending on whichever information might be necessary for the idea to be reviewed.

Tip: Bookmark the link to your submission in your browser for easy access whenever you need to edit it and to track how it progresses.
