You can set survey schedules to deploy different surveys at different times. This means that your surveys will change automatically, according to the day and time set in your schedule. This feature is available on the Enterprise Plan or on custom plans.
To start, you will require to create a schedule and then map it in Surveyapp.
For example, suppose you have the following schedule:
Monday - Friday:
Survey A - 9AM - 11:59AM
Survey B - 12:00PM - 2:59PM
Survey C - 3:00PM - 6:00PM
Head over to https://app.surveyapp.io/surveys/schedules by clicking on Survey Scheduling in the left side of you Admin Menu.
Click on the Add New Schedule button.
Give your schedule a name:
Now, for every day of the week on which you would like your schedule to run, you will need to select the survey and then the time for the survey. From the above schedule, let's add the first survey. On the Schedules tab, click and select Survey A from the surveys dropdown.
Now, click on the time line for Monday and with your cursor, drag the time range on the slider as below.
To add the second survey, select Survey B from the dropdown and follow the same steps as above:
Do this for ever survey in your schedule and for every day you wish your surveys to run.
Once you have set your schedules, click on the Save Changes button at the bottom:
Now, you will need to assign your schedule to the devices you wish to run the schedule on. Click on the Devices icon on the top menu:
Select the device on want the schedule on, and click on the Survey Schedules tab for that device. Select the above created schedule from the Survey Schedule Name dropdown and then click Save Changes.
Ensure your devices are connected to a network. Your schedule will now be in operation.
