To run Surveyapp in portrait mode:
Login to Surveyapp on your tablet using your e-mail address and device PIN
On the home page of the app, click on the "Settings" button, which takes you to settings page.
On settings page, switch OFF "Run Kiosk Theme in landscape orientation?" to turn the device orientation to portrait.
