How to Add Questions
1.Log in to the Surveyapp Web App and click Surveys.
2. Click on the "Surveys" tab, then locate your survey from the surveys list and click on the survey name to edit it.
3. Click "Next" on the bottom right button to open the Question Builder
4. Click on the "+ Add question" button to open the question types popup
5. Choose a question type from the popup
6. Add question title
7. Save Changes made to your survey, then deploy (bottom right buttons)
