Choose your monthly package (either a Tablet App plan, a Survey Links plan or Email Surveys plan) that matches your expected respondents count.
Make your purchase and then wait for the Invoice to be sent to your email inbox.
Cancel the subscription as soon as you get your invoice. Cancelled subscriptions are valid for a month.
