How do I cancel / deactivate my account?

If you have already paid the Voilo activation fee you can first 'Downgrade' to our 'Voilo Pay' plan which follows the 'pay-as-you-go' format.

This means you can keep lifelong access to Voilo (perhaps as a back up incase your card machine breaks down πŸ‘€) to accept digital payments but you won't be charged anymore monthly fees.

On 'Voilo Pay' you will only be billed for the transaction charges you then accumulate and you can upgrade any time.

To delete your account on the Voilo Pay app head to 'Settings' > 'Personal Profile' and click on 'Delete Account'
