Overview

You can set up operational hours for your chats. Choosing to have a chat with operational times will restrict your volunteers from sending messages outside these hours. This means that you can set chats to be 'open' when a staff member is available to monitor them. Avoiding questions out of hours, It also makes it clear to volunteers when chats are active and ready for messages.

Note: Staff users will still be able to send messages outside of operational hours and volunteers will still be able to read them.
