Overview

Uploading documents to your volunteer or client's profile allows you to keep all important files in one place and directly associated with them. You can choose to upload:

  • Images (JPEG, PNG),

  • PDF documents,

  • Word documents,

  • Videos (MP4, webm, mov).

Upload a document to a volunteer or client's profile

In order to upload a document, you need to:

  1. Click on the relevant client/volunteer profile

  2. Go to 'Documents'

  3. Click 'Upload Files'

  4. Choose the file you would like to upload

  5. Once it has been uploaded, click 'Done'

The document is now uploaded and will now sit on their profile.

Edit, preview, download or delete an uploaded file

You can always edit, preview, download and delete a document once it has been uploaded. In order to do this, you can:

  1. Click the three dots on the right of relevant upload

  2. Choose the option you wish

Through the edit option, you can rename or replace the document then click 'Apply Changes'

Sync forms with document hub

You can hold any uploads you gather through Volunteero's form feature on a profile. This works for both volunteer registration and client referral forms. To do this, you will need to:

  1. Click into the form

  2. Click onto the file upload field

3. Scroll to 'Sync with volunteer's documents' and toggle on

Now, every upload sent through this form will be automatically added to the volunteer's profile under 'Documents'. You can also do this for client referral forms, meaning that document uploads can be synced to client profiles too!
