It is important to firstly note that the Volunteero app is invite-only at present. What this means is that you have to be a registered volunteer for one of the charities that use Volunteero. This will be changing soon and the app will be public, if you're interested in volunteering please submit your interest here and be the first to know about our public launch.

If you are a registered volunteer for one of the charities using Volunteero, read on...

Firstly, check your emails for a welcome email received from support@volunteero.org. It is worth checking your junk folder as some email security settings may cause the email to be directed there.

The welcome email gives all the information you need to gain access to your app account including download links and sign-in details.

You can download the Volunteero app on ios and android app stores or access the desktop version on your web browser.

"But I cannot find the email anywhere"

Firstly, double-check with your charity that they have created you an app account on their side AND that the email they are using is correct. If this is the case then follow the below steps:

Download the app using the links below. Then on the first page of the app use the forgot password option. Please note that the link that will be sent expires after 1 hour. Keep an eye on your junk mail. Any issues reach out to support@volunteero.org.

"My password isn't working"

If you are facing this issue, firstly we would recommend copy and pasting the password to avoid any chance of mistyping. If you have done so and are still facing the same issue, follow the steps listed above.

If you have a query relating to accessing or using the app, please email our support team at support@volunteero.org and one of our friendly team will be happy to help. If the query relates to the volunteering aspect then we recommend you contact the charity you volunteer for.
