Worth noting that the chat has to exist. You must first create a group chat, then you can change its picture.

Firstly, open the Volunteero chat window. The Volunteero chat window is opened by pressing the icon on the top right of the management dashboard (as shown below)

Open the chat you wish to change the picture of.

Either press on the chat picture or press the three dots in the top right to open the chat settings.

You will then see the picture on the top left. If you press on it, a new window will open allowing you to select the picture from your files.

Once selected, the chat will update. Note that if it does not look exactly as you like, you should make edits the picture, save the new picture to your files and then repeat the process.
