Firstly, open the Volunteero chat window. The Volunteero chat window is opened by pressing the icon on the top right of the management dashboard (as shown below)

Open the chat that you wish to delete a message from.

Find the message you wish to delete.

You will see a small down arrow on the top right of the message, press this button.

You will now see the option to delete.

If you do not see this option then you may not have the relevant permission to do so. You will need to contact the administrator of that chat.
