Perhaps you have someone on your volunteer list, and you're trying to assign them to a mission with no success?
In order to assign a volunteer to a mission they need to have 'app access' on their profile switched on.
Without app access a volunteer can't be on a mission on Volunteero, so even if you know your volunteer isn't going to utilise the app, they will still need app access in order for you to manually assign them to a mission or report on their behalf.
To switch on app access for a volunteer simply :
Go to the volunteer profile
Click on 'app access' *
Switch on app access (don't forget to sync changes)
You will now be able to assign the volunteer to a mission.
*In order to grant app access a volunteer profile needs an email address. Email addresses are the unique identifier for profiles and can only be used once. *
Turn on app access on the volunteer's profile here:
Now your volunteer will show up as available to assign to a mission:
