From time to time you may wish to export your volunteer database from Volunteero to analyse engagement metrics such as:
App engagement and usage
Volunteer activity
Inactive volunteers
Volunteer length of service
In the below video, I'll show you how to arrange the columns in your volunteer database and export the list so you can assess and analyse your volunteer engagement.
This can be particularly useful in the early days of going live with Volunteero to identify which volunteers haven't yet logged into the Volunteero App and make contact regarding this.
