Want to add images to spruce up your Volunteero content? You can include images in various sections, such as:
Forms
Opportunities
Mission Descriptions
Custom Report Templates
Custom Insights Dashboard
You can easily copy and paste images directly from your laptop into the rich text and media fields. This method is quick and convenient. However, if you want to use images from the web or need to share a specific online image you can also add images using an image URL. This approach ensures your content stays lightweight and allows you to use high-quality images hosted online without taking up space on Volunteero.
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Use the Rich Text and Media Field
Make sure you are working in a rich text and media field. This field allows you to add images, text formatting, and other media to your content.
The example we'll be using is a mission description
Step 2: Find Your Image
Find the image you want to include online.
Right-click on the image and select Copy image address (sometimes called Copy image URL)
Step 3: Insert the Image in Volunteero
In your rich text and media field, click the image icon.
A box will appear where you can paste the image URL you copied.
Click Insert.
Step 4: Adjust and Apply
You can resize or reposition the image within your content.
Don’t forget to Apply Changes to save your updates. Your image is now included in your rich text and media!
