If your volunteers need to do any of the following:

  • Sign agreements

  • Read and acknowledge policies

  • Sign code of conducts

Then you can use our forms feature for this!

Create a 'volunteer registration form' and link the submission to a volunteer profile.

First up, head to the recruitment section on Volunteero to begin creating your form.

  1. Create a form and select the form type

  2. Name your form

  3. Select a process (This will likely only need to be one stage: 'Link to profile')

  4. Assign a staff user to be notified when a submission comes in

Note: Naming the form depends on how you will need to find the/ see the information once it has been linked to a profile.

Capture the name

Use the short answer field to capture first and given name fields.

Make sure these are linked to a Volunteero field like on the image below.

Add your information

Use the rich text and media field(s) to build out the body of your form.

Confirmation/ acknowledgement

You may wish to make use of the checkbox field here to have the volunteer confirm they have read and understood the policy/ agreement/ code of conduct

Once you have finalised the contents of your form, don't forget to click 'Apply Changes'!

Share the form

Click 'share form' to get a direct link to this form.

Send out the link to the form to be submitted by volunteers.

You can even make use of Volunteero's mission feature to have volunteers sign documentation or acknowledge policies.

Read our guide on 'boost your onboarding' for more information and full instructions.

And there you have it! You're ready to streamline another process even more with Volunteero!

As always, if you have any questions or queries about making use of this feature please reach out to our support team at support@volunteero.org
