To enter you VAT information, just follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Volunteer World account and click on "Settings" in the top menu bar.
2. Please click on "Billing Address" underneath the "Billing" section and then click on "Edit".
3. Enter your tax status, your billing address and click on "Update" to confirm your changes.
Business - Please select this option if your account is used to recruit volunteers for legally registered businesses. Used by: foundations, organizations, agencies, companies, charities etc.
Personal - Please select this option if your account is used to recruit volunteers for personal purposes only. Used by: individuals, non-registered association etc.
