Voly Money Accounts

Why have a Voly Money Account?

From your Voly Money account, you can:

•Pay invoices in multiple currencies

•Make batch payments

•Pay individuals

•Load your prepaid cards

•View live balances

For more information about fees, payment types and cut-off times, go to the bottom of your screen and click on ‘Summary of card fees and limits’ and ‘Payment cut-off schedules’.


Sending funds to your Voly Money account (Funding Details)

1. To find your Voly Money account bank details, go to Banking and click on the relevant Voly Money account.

2. In the Voly Money account, click on ‘Funding Details’ at the top right-hand corner.

3. These are the bank details you will use to send funds to your Voly Money account (by bank transfer).

Please Note: the load fee will automatically be deducted from the funds when the money lands on the Voly Money account and will appear as a bank fee on your statement.


Processing funds in your Voly Money account

1. When the funds land in your Voly Money account (See in ‘Banking’> Voly Money Accounts), your available balance will change.

2. Once the transaction appears in your Unprocessed Items, you will need to process the transaction and record where the money came from. Click on the number of Unprocessed Items to get to the transaction.

3. On the next screen, click on ‘Process’ alongside the transaction.

4. Select the bank account you have sent the funds from. Then, click ‘Process’.

The transaction has now been recorded in your Voly Money account and the account where the funds are coming from.

Please Note: You might need to create a bank account on the Banking page first.


Return funds

  1. Add the Bank account as a beneficiary:

•Go to Banking > Click on the relevant Bank account.

•In the Bank account, click ‘Create Beneficiary’. Enter your central agent bank account details, then click ‘Save Beneficiary’.

2. Then, return the funds:

• The beneficiary must be created first, once created, go to your Voly Money account (in Banking). Then, click on ‘Return funds’ in the right-hand corner.

• Select the Bank account you wish to return the funds to and enter the amount to be returned. Click ‘Return Funds’.

• The payment is now ready for execution. Go to Approvals to execute it.


Transfers of Funds

You are now able to move funds between floats on the Voly Money Account.

Please note: This feature is only available on request from our Treasury Team @treasury@voly.co.uk

To do this you will need to go to the Banking Page and then select the Voly Money Account you wish to transfer the funds from.

At the top of the account page, you will need to select the transfer funds button.

Choose from the drop-down box which account you would like to transfer the funds into.

Type in the amount you wish to transfer and enter the security code sent via SMS/WhatsApp to authorise the transfer.

The transfer will now show in your available balance once completed and reflected in your statement balance within 24hrs.

Please make sure you select the amount of currency you wish to sell. I.e., you want to sell €10k and buy USD. Or you are entering the amount of a currency you wish to buy. I.e., you want to be $10k worth of EUR.

B4B Float Statements

Within the Voly Platform, you can view/download the B4B Float Statement for each of your Voly Money Accounts.

To find this statement you will click into the Voly Money Summary Tile on your homepage dashboard.

Once in the Voly Money Summary, you will see all float accounts with the ‘Statement’ button in the bottom left-hand corner.

Click the ‘Statement’ button and here all your transactions in the Float account will be listed. At the bottom of the page, you will see the option to download this statement as a PDF file, alternatively, you can download the B4B statement which will be available from the 3rd working day of the following month
