Access the 'Review' Section - To begin, log in to your account and navigate to the 'Review' section on your navigation bar. This is where you will review and manage the shows that have been closed. Note that shows will only appear in review once the reps have closed the shows.

Select the Show to Review - In the 'Review' section, locate the drop-down menu that allows you to choose the specific show you want to review. Click on this menu to select the desired show.

View and Review Transactions - Once you've selected the show, you will be presented with a list of all the transactions allocated to that show. - Carefully review each transaction to ensure accuracy. Check for any discrepancies, missing information, or errors. - If you’d like to view all details of the transaction and or edit, you can click into each transaction to open all information.

Make Necessary Edits - If you identify any discrepancies or need to make edits, you can click into the transaction and edit this from there. - For adjustments related to VAT or if you require additional information (e.g., receipts), use the '@' symbol in the comments section to notify the relevant individuals.

Confirm Review - Continue reviewing each transaction until you are satisfied that all necessary checks have been completed and you have clicked into the transaction to review it, the little Red Icon on the right-hand side will turn green once reviewed.

Please Note: Once all transactions for the show have been reviewed, the shows will automatically close, and the reports will run that evening at 00:00.

Transactions in the Repository - After successful review and closure, the transactions for the show will be moved to the repository. This repository is where you can find the float report.
