Banking Page Overview

The Banking Page is where all accounts you have permission to View, Add and Edit will be displayed. You can log all Voly Transactions and External Account transactions in one place.

Here you will be able to view all the accounts on the platform and monitor not only your spending on the accounts but also any other users on the platform who have access to add a transaction to the system.

Please see below for what each account type means on the banking page.

Funding Sources - Account for incoming funds to be logged against.

Bank Accounts - External Bank accounts to manually record any non-Voly movements of funds.

Voly Money Accounts/ Floats - E-wallets for making Voly Money payments and loading the Voly prepaid cards

Voly Prepaid Cards - Process your Voly prepaid card transactions. View all card transactions

Card Accounts - Manually record expenses on all non-Voly cards

Cash Accounts - Manually record cash expenses in different currencies.

You will also have the option to add more non-Voly accounts to this page (if you have permission to do so) via the 'Add Account' button at the top of the page. You can also hide old inactive accounts from view on the page via the 'Archive' button.

As a crew user, you will only see accounts you have been permitted to view and access. Below is the outline of the account types you have access to by default.

Voly Prepaid Cards - Process your Voly prepaid card transactions. View your card transactions

Card Accounts - Manually record expenses on your non-Voly cards

Cash Accounts - Manually record cash expenses in different currencies.
