What is a Non-Voly Bank Account?
You can add external bank accounts to manually record any non-Voly movements. This will help keep a more rounded report as all the details are in one place.
Cash Withdrawals
1. Go to your bank account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.
2. Transaction type: Select cash withdrawal.
3. Select the cash account you are crediting the money.
4. Enter any other information. When ready, click Add Transaction.
The cash withdrawal has now been recorded in your bank account, and the cash account balance has been updated.
Funds In
Record funds transfer to your bank account from a funding source or another bank account.
1. Go to your bank account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.
2. Transaction type: select Funds In.
3. Select the bank account or funding source you are moving funds from.
4. Enter any other information. When ready, click Add Transaction.
The funds in the transaction have now been recorded on your bank account/Funding source.
Transfer Out Funds
Transfer funds to another account.
1. Go to your bank account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.
2. Transaction type: select Transfer out.
3. Select the account.
4. Enter any other information. When ready, click Add Transaction.
The transfer out has now been recorded on both accounts.
Account Fees
Record any bank fees.
1. Go to your bank account and click on ‘New Bank Transaction’, in the top right-hand corner.
2. Transaction type: select Account fee.
3. Enter the date, description and amount. (Cost centre and additional fields are optional).
4. When ready, click Add Transaction.
