Processing your Voly Prepaid Card Transaction
Tap Unprocessed Transactions on the homepage of the app. The circled number shows how many transactions are to be processed.
You will see a list of your card transactions.
If you have multiple cards, swipe right on the top blue bar to go to your other card transactions.
Tap on the transaction you wish to process.
Select the expenditure category and add any other information if required.
Click the Image Icon to take a picture of the receipt or upload a file from the gallery.
Once ready, click Submit, then Yes to confirm. Your transaction has now been processed/pre-processed.

Process Voly Prepaid Card Cash Withdrawal
Tap on unprocessed transaction. The circled number shows how many transactions are to be processed.
You will see a list of your card transactions, including any cash withdrawals. If you have multiple cards, tap the right button on the top blue bar to go to your other card transactions. Tap on the cash withdrawal transaction.
3. You can add or edit other details if required (except the value and the date pulled from the transaction)
4. To add an ATM receipt, tap on ‘Image Icon’, where you can use your phone camera to take a picture of the receipt in real-time or select an image from your gallery.
Once ready, click Submit, then Yes to confirm. The cash withdrawal has now been processed in your card account, and your cash account balance has been updated
Can you not see your transactions in the mobile app?
If you have used your Voly Prepaid Card and are not able to see the unprocessed transactions in the mobile app check the following to make them visible in the Mobile App.
Go to your My Account in Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.
You will then see all the accounts you have access to. To view them in the mobile app, you must either select 'Show All' or the individual accounts you want to view in the app.
Once you have selected the accounts you wish to view you will need to press 'Save Changes' and then log out of the Mobile App and back in for the changes to take effect.
