Edit & Unprocess Voly Card Transactions - Desktop Only

Edit a Voly Card Transaction

Editing transaction details can only be completed via the desktop version of the Voly Platform. To edit a transaction follow the details below.

1. Go to the Banking page, in the top navigation bar.

2. Click on your Voly Prepaid card.

3. Scroll down the list and click on the transaction you wish to edit.

4. In the transaction, click on Edit in the top right-hand corner. Or click on the Quick Edit pen and paper symbol.

5. Once you have made the changes, click Save Edits.

You won’t be able to edit the date, total amount and currency as this has been directly captured from the merchant.

Edit Receipt

In the transaction, click on Edit Receipt or Add Receipt underneath the transaction details


Unprocess a Voly Card Transaction

You can unprocess transactions as long as the period they were processed in hasn’t been locked yet. This can also only be completed on the desktop version of our platform.

Once unprocessed, the transaction will get back to your list of ‘Unprocessed Items’.

Please note: Any receipt attached to the transaction won’t be saved after it has been unprocessed, so please make sure you save a copy of the receipt before unprocessing.

To unprocess a transaction

1. Go to Banking.

2. Click on your Voly Prepaid Card.

3. Scroll down the list and click on the transaction you wish to unprocess.

4. Click ‘Unprocess’ in the top right-hand corner. The transaction has now gone back to your list of unprocessed items.
