The Transaction Detail Report views expenditure, with transactions detailed line by line. This report can be filtered on the screen to drive the output.
Just like an Excel spreadsheet, click on arrows to order the list of transactions in alphabetical order, ascending/ descending.
The filter tool will also allow you to view the report for individual accounts, expense categories, expense types, suppliers and cost centres.
Once you have chosen your parameters and the transactions are displayed, you are also able to click into the transaction and you will be taken to the transaction details where you can review and edit as needed.
This report will show you the transactions both in the original amount and your reporting currency of the vessel. Giving you full clarity of expenses across these accounts.
