Settings Categories
My Account - Administrators - Select which accounts are visible in the mobile app. To access additional settings, please return to the Fleet Dashboard.
Captain - Update several settings including:
•Password
•Passphrase
•Email address
•Various display options (i.e. date format)
If applicable, you can also activate your Voly Prepaid Card, send a pin reminder and view/amend your billing address
Departments - Add, edit or remove departments. Set up purchase order numbers
Crew Ranks - View and edit the crew’s purchase limits and permissions in the system
Crew - Manage your crew users. Update email addresses and phone numbers. Deactivate / re-activate users in the system
Expenditure Categories - Add, edit and delete your expenditure categories/codes
Asset Categories - Create and manage your Asset categories
Liability Categories - Create and manage your Liability categories
Cost Centres - Extra reporting tool to categorise transactions against
Additional Fields - Add/Edit additional transaction fields
Funding Sources - Add/deactivate Funding sources
Transaction Lock - Create a new Transaction Lock, which prevents the addition, deletion or editing of reconciled periods up to a specific date
VAT Reporting Enabled - Enable/Disable VAT reporting
Financial Year - Select your financial year start date for reporting purposes
Document Repository - View files within the Document Repository or Enable the Document Repository
Voly Money - View your Voly Money accounts
