When you click on ‘Voly Money’, you will initially see your Voly Money Accounts. You will see a separate account for each currency you hold cards for.
Balance: This is the available balance of your float
Cards Balance: This is the combined statement balance across all of your registered cards attached to that account. This only includes transactions which have been settled by the merchant.
Cards Available Balance: This is the combined available balance across all of your registered cards attached to that account. This includes any pending authorisations which have yet to be settled by the merchant.
You can click anywhere on the grey Voly Money Account box (shown above) to view the cards attached to that account.
Once you have clicked on one of your Voly Money Accounts, you will then see all cards connected to that account. You will then be able to:
• Activate a card
• Send a PIN reminder
• Update card information (such as billing address and mobile number)
Please Note: Sending a pin reminder will go to the card's registered mobile number. You can view/amend this number by clicking the blue ‘Update Info’ button
