Same Currency Transfer

Same Currency Transfers allows you to move money from a Voly Money Account into a Card Float Account of the same currency.

To enable this, please get in touch with your Client Relationship Manager to set up the necessary settings.

Once enabled, you will see a new button in your Voly Money Account labelled 'Transfer Funds'

Clicking the 'Transfer Funds' button allows you to select the account you would like to move money into. You will then need to specify the amount, followed by adding your security code (just like with making a Voly Money Payment) and finally confirming the transfer.

When specifying the amount, the maximum amount for transfer will be either your Voly Money Payment limit amount or the total available balance in the Voly Money Account, whichever figure is the lowest.

Please note: Your Voly Money Payment limit will be converted into the Voly Money account currency.

Once the transfer has been executed, a ‘pending’ line will appear in the outgoing account. Once the transaction has settled, the outgoing line will settle, and the incoming line will appear in the receiving account. This can take up to 20 minutes.

The screenshots below show what the transfer will look like in the outgoing account whilst it is in a 'pending' status, and then once it has settled.

The transfers will be labelled as 'Voly Money Transfer' in the description field once settled and will also include which account it has been transferred from in the transaction field.

Please Note: If you are wanting to return funds from the Voly Card Float into your Voly Money Account please contact your Client Relationship Manager
