Payment Security

To ensure that your Voly Money Accounts and Payments are kept safe and secure, we have added a new security feature to our Voly Platform. If ANY user updates their email address or mobile number in either the Desktop or Mobile App. Their ability to make a Voly Money Payment will be restricted.

The purpose of this update is to prevent a user from being able to change the security details on a user’s account with access to payment execution without an alert/log.

The Payment limit will be reduced to 0.00 once the contact details are updated. When updating details on the web, you will be alerted with a modal pop-up that the change to the limits will happen, and you will be prompted to contact your Account Manager.

If you update your contact information on the mobile app, you will NOT receive the prompt informing you of the change in limit, but the payment limit will still be reduced to 0.00.
