To make sure important @mentions are never missed, @mention notifications are now switched on for you automatically.
@Mentions can be used throughout the system to let other users on your account know something needs to be actioned, whether that's a review, edit, or payment, to name a few.
When you are tagged in a comment using the @mention feature, you will receive an email notification similar to the one shown below.
Please note: These may be received in your SPAM/JUNK folder in your Inbox.
Want to turn the Notifications off?
If you'd prefer not to receive @mention notifications, you can opt out at any time:
Log in to your account and tap the profile icon at the bottom of the side navigation bar
Go to Notifications
Toggle @mention notifications off
