Log into Voly

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to log into Voly on the Desktop and mobile app for the first time.

Welcome to Voly! We are excited to assist you in optimizing your account management.

Log into Voly Desktop

Step 1: Enter your email and password

Step 2: Enter 3 characters of your Passphrase

Step 3: Select Submit, you will be then greeted with your main Voly Homepage


Log into the Voly Mobile App

The Voly mobile app allows you to view account balances and record transactions on the go, in real-time.

You can record transactions on Wi-Fi, mobile data and when offline.

You can download the app on your phone from the App Store/Google Play Store.

The Voly mobile app synchronises instantly with the Voly web application, so transactions logged on the app will automatically show on the web.

If you’re offline with no signal, it will synchronise once you reconnect.

Your login details will be the same as on the desktop/web version.

Step 1: Enter your email and password to log into the account

Step 3: You will receive a security code for logging into the app for the first time

Step 4: Once logged in on the app you will not have to log back in for 90 days

Please make sure you log into your Voly account on your desktop for the first time. Then, you will be able to log onto the app.


Logging into Voly for the First time

Step 1: Your Client Relationship Manager will get in touch to take some details from you and set you up on the system.

Step 2: You will receive a welcome email from Webserver with a link to create your login details.

Step 3: Click on the link and create a password. You can also create your new password directly from the Voly log-in screen

Step 4: Enter your email and password to log into your account.

Step 5: A security code will be sent to you by SMS text or WhatsApp message (where available) – enter the code in the system.

Step 6: Create a passphrase of a minimum of 8 letters/numbers. This will be your secondary password. The system will ask you for certain characters when you log in, just like any standard banking app. Spaces are also classed as a character with your passphrase.

Step 7: Next time you log into your Voly account, you can choose to tick the box ‘Remember me for 90 days’ so the system remembers your device and will only send you a security code by text every 90 days.
