Once the invoice payment has been recorded on Voly, the invoice status will change from unpaid to paid or part-paid. You are also able to check the payment details in the invoice details.
1. Go to Invoices and click on the relevant invoice from the invoice list.
2. In the Invoices Details, you will see the date(s) the payment has been made, the payment method(s) and account(s) and the amount(s) paid.
If a payment receipt has been added at the time of payment, you will find it in the invoice files, alongside any invoice documents.
