On the Analytics tab in your Platform account you will see a so-called empty state page. After you click on the Get Started button on this page you will see the different available code snippets. 

These snippets need to be installed on the different pages of your careersite. Instructions on how to do this are provided on this page as well. You can copy the link to this page (click on the shareable link option) to send it to your web developer and / or ATS vendor.

This same page contains the option to request support in case you have questions or you can request validation from our team in case the snippets are installed. We will get back to you within 3 business days. Either confirming that the snippets are installed correctly or if there is some adjustment needed to the installation we will indicate what exactly needs to be changed.
