1. It's that simple to vouch for someone 🤩

Naturally, you'll get a reward if it leads to employment, but you also contribute to promoting people in your network in a simple way.
PS: Did you know that you only need to provide a name and description of why the candidate is suitable? You don't even need contact details; you can instead send the vouch to the candidate through the desired channel yourself, and customize the message as you wish 😌

2. This happens to the person being recommended
Nothing is sent to the end customer until the candidate themselves confirms interest. We therefore send the vouch via email or SMS and at the same time encourage the referrer to share the recommendation directly. This way, we can all be sure that the candidate gets the message.
All the candidate needs to do is confirm contact details and LinkedIn profile (or similar).

PS: The referrer will be notified when the candidate confirms interest, but after that, they will receive limited information due to privacy concerns.
