The rest of the process is designed to make it as simple and seamless as possible. After you have confirmed your interest, verified your contact details, and potentially enriched your profile, the following will happen with your profile:
If the company has opted for this service, the Vouch team will screen your profile to ensure that you meet the basic job criteria.
The company will then review the recommendation and your profile and quickly decide whether they want to meet with you. You will then be contacted by the company directly, or you will receive a rejection email from the company via Vouch.
If you proceed, you will go through the standard candidate process with the company.
If it results in employment, you will quickly be asked if it's okay for us to inform the person who recommended you so that we can share the good news.
