The Private Class report is now available!
It can be found on the Live Instruction page under the Reports tab in the Voxy Command Center.
The data in this report is in your time zone (the one affiliated with your Voxy account) and is updated every time the report is opened.
This report provides information about your learners and the classes that they schedule, attend, cancel, or don’t show up for. This report includes data in the following areas:
Learner email address
Learner first name
Learner last name
Learner feature group name
Class start time
Scheduled timestamp - does not appear by default
Status - scheduled, attended, pending feedback, canceled by the learner, canceled by the teacher
Length of class
Grammar - below expectations, meets expectations, above expectations
Vocabulary - below expectations, meets expectations, above expectations
Pronunciation - below expectations, meets expectations, above expectations
Listening - below expectations, meets expectations, above expectations
Fluency - below expectations, meets expectations, above expectations
Teacher name
Cancellation time - does not appear by default
The data in this report automatically populate for the last 30 days based on class start time, but you can change this by using the date filter.
To see classes that have been scheduled for a future time, use the custom date filter to select dates in the future.
