The Units and Courses reports allow customers to see detailed information about what their learners are studying and the progress they are making, including their achievement tests results.

The reports are available in the Voxy Command Center, under 'Reports'.

There customers will see two tabs: Units and Courses.

Units report

The Units report includes the list of all learners and any unit that he or she has in progress. This includes units that were assigned to the learner even if the learner has not made any progress in those units.

This report includes the following columns:

  • Unit Status: In Progress or Complete. If a learner is in an organization with the Achievement Test enabled and has completed all the lessons, this column will still say In Progress until the learner has completed the Achievement Test. For organizations without the achievement test enabled, this column will say Complete when all lessons in the unit are complete.

  • Unit Achievement Test Score

  • Unit Achievement Test Status: Pass (70%+) or Did Not Pass (69%-)

  • Lesson Progress: the number of lessons the learner has completed out of the total number of lessons in the unit (e.g. 3/20)

  • Date Completed: the time and date of unit or achievement test completion

Note: Organizations that do not have the achievement test enabled will have blank data in these columns ('achievement test score', 'achievement test status' e 'date completed'). These columns can be hidden from the viewer using the column selector.

Courses Report

The Courses Report includes the list of all learners and any course that he or she has progress. This includes courses that have been auto-assigned.

This report includes the following columns:

  • Course: name of the course

  • Course Status: In Progress or Complete

  • Unit Progress: the number of units the learner has completed out of the total number of units in the course (e.g. 2/10)

  • Date Completed: the time and date when all units in the course were completed.

In both reports, customers can use the search bar to filter results by email, name, feature group, or even by unit or course name.
